Afraid of the unknown? Fear no more! The 701 Xplorer comes with two fuel pumps manually selectable.Â
We have added the OEM Keihin rally pump complete with a fuel warning light to ensure that you will get to the next resting point whatever the circumstances.Â
An optional third pump can be installed, ready to roll if things get tough! We even went as far as researching a fuel pump motor that we can guarantee for life (available as an upgrade).
Pre-assembled fuel lines with factory KTM CPC quick connect/disconnect couplings and dual anodised billet non-return valves. We went a step further and used two extra fuel filters in the fuel lines for your safety. This gives you the ability to donate fuel to a fellow rider through the innovative piping system.Â
Afraid that your fuel lines will get hot? We took care of that. Heat shield sleeves are installed in all the critical areas to ensure that your bike will stay cool whatever the weather conditions!

A dedicated Fiberglass reinforced ABS seat pan with a molded foam and ultra grip cover will ensure that you arrive comfy in your destination.

Want to keep your stock exhaust or already have an after market silencer? Fear no more! We routed the exhaust header so that the stock silencer position can be kept.
CFCP is a small company located in Greece and we trust no one else for all our Carbon Fiber parts. We are proud to have such a skid plate on our kit.Â
Ground clearance is maximized and you get enhanced protection of the suspension linkage. The skid plate brackets are composed of Aluminum and Stainless steel and with addition of Antivibration Dampeners your frame is protected in case of a violent impact.
The tank brackets have been design to keep your frame intact, allowing you to safely return the vehicle to its original state or even get TUV approval in certain countries.Â

What you see here is a spider (or radar) chart. We are comparing the OEM bike vs different Aurora Layouts that we have in our range. There are six areas of interest.
1. Ergonomics. This is your instrument layout. Are they in a better position? Easier to see? Higher is better.
2. Fuel Capacity. Straight forward. Higher means more fuel!
3. Protection. This is protection from the elements and is based on our own tests and feedback from customers. The highr the protection, the higher the number.
4. Lights. OEM lights are fully legal. In our kits not only you upgrade the lights, but you can install full off-road LED units for max performance.
5.Weight. That's a necessary evil. We remove and we add parts on the bikes and the net effect is sometimes a heavier bike, or in the case of our Superlight kit a lighter bike.
6. Racing. Get ready to race! Higher is better.

Design
It is unique! The Super 701 is a kit that will allow you o travel further down the trails without the added weight of a navigation tower. Keep it simple! Buy the Lite kit at a later stage and convert this beast to a true Xplorer.
Enormous fuel capacity! Add another 15 liters of fuel on your bike using rally proven KTM ® parts.
It's reliable! The secondary fuel pump will allow you to control the weight bias (by emptying the front or rear tanks separately). This way you can either save the rear tire when riding in tarmac, or make for a lighter front when off-road. All fuel lines have QCD couplings and special injection rated non-return valves.
It's comfortable! The unique seat, manufactured out of ABS with a molded foam with a seat cover from Blackbird Racing will allow you to travel for long hours and reach your destination stress free, keeping your rear comfy during these long journeys!
It's reversible! No modification to the frame needed at all. It is important to make sure that your warranty is sill valid, and should you choose to return the bike in its original state, you can do it on the spot!
The kit comes pre-assembled! Everything is assembled for ease of use and reference. Our team is online close to 24/7 and you can text, e-mail us should you need help so that installation goes smoothly!
It is FUN! This bike is a joy to ride, reminding us the 950 Super Enduro in a modern way. It has volume due to the tanks, but a very slim front making it a very macho looking bike which is a joy to ride both on and off-road.
Serial numbers in all parts! Each sub-assembly has a dedicated, unique serial number. We are able to back trace down to the person and the exact date that this sub-assembly was manufactured. Our unique quality control system means ease of mind when you install and Aurora!

Plug play and go
No need to modify the frame in any way. While with other ‘garage kits’ in the market you will have to start dremeling the frame we opted for a true plug and play design. No cutting tabs, no drilling, no modifying on the hardparts of the bike at all. Our R&D department ensured that this kit is not only easy to install, but will allow you to reverse your bike back to its original state should you want to. - Front tanks (Factory KTM parts), Left and Right – with all accessories. Front tanks are interconnected. Tygon yellow breather pipes with billet Aluminium front caps. Tank breathing is interconnected with a metallic tee. Triple layer thermal reflector installed on the left tank to reduce heat transfer from the exhaust.
- NEW! Tank brackets (Aluminium, steel and stainless steel used). Warrantied for life. New tank brackets are lighter and adjustable.
- NEW! Side panels. ABS side panels. We suggest on how to shape them and you’d have to trim the side panels to shape. Be creative and make your own unique Super 701!

- Turn indicators relocation
- It is advisable to reposition the front indicators on the mask about 50mm higher than the OEM position, otherwise they will be touching the tanks when you fully turn the steering left or right.
