- In August 2023 we updated our Ducati DesertX Top Luggage rack - the only difference is in the updated stainless steel side supports. New side supports are lower profile, so they don't interfere with Ducati Aux rear fuel tank.
- Our Ducati DesertX Side carriers are designed to work only with the updated side supports and won't work with Gen1 side supports.
- If you have our top rack with Gen1 side supports and you wish to a) use Ducati Aux rear fuel tank or b) wish to use our Ducati DesertX Side carriers , you need to purchase these updated side supports.
- If you have our top rack with Gen2 side supports, you don't need to purchase these - you already received them with your rack.
