What you see here is a spider (or radar) chart. We are comparing the OEM bike vs different Aurora Layouts that we have in our range. There are eight areas of interest.
1. Ergonomics. This is your instrument layout. Are they in a better position? Easier to see? Higher is better.
2. RAM balls. These little things will allow you to add from mobile phones to tablets!
3. Service. Is it quick to access the main areas of interest?
4. Lights. OEM lights are fully legal. In our kits not only you upgrade the lights, but you can install full off-road LED units for max performance.
5.Weight. That's a necessary evil. We remove and we add parts on the bikes and the net effect is sometimes a heavier bike.
6. Racing. How race oriented is each kit.
7. Iritrack. Can you install the FIM tracking device?

Technology
Introducing the Ultima Rally Tower: a meticulously crafted CNC masterpiece, weighing just under 400 grams. Precision-machined from a solid block of aluminum, this tower isn't just a component—it's an active part of the rally kit. Engineered for full-throttle enduro action (no lights, no instruments, no screen) while offering slots for perfecting the ergonomics. Strong, lightweight, and built for peak performance — this is the Ultima Rally Tower!
A-BCS. Aurora Bar Clamping System
In some bikes manufacturing a clamping system for the frames is challenging. It involves complex geometries ,especially in the bikes with Aluminum frames. The Ultima kit uses a system that acts as a ''bar rider'' and the kit can be fitted to any enduro bike, provided that the distance between the handlebar clamps is known. Using different spacers the kit can be installed to different bikes just by removing the clamping system from the bike. Manufactured from a billet block of aluminum, these clamps are as strong and as light as possible!
Design Style
As a company we are always trying to perfect our design style where the looks compliment the function. This new style of the "Monoblock" navigation tower is something we tested extensively in our Ducati DesertX project and it has been adapted now for the needs of the Enduros. This tower is the successor in our line of CNC towers. Each new tower design has gone from hand design, to CAD design, to 3D prototype, to aluminium prototype to stress analysis, to finally physical stress tests. Nothing is left to chance when launching a new design style. The tower is light yet durable and able to withhold any crash that the rider goes through.
Weight on the bars? You might ask...
The center of gravity is optimized using advanced CAD techniques. From removing material where it is not needed, to choosing the right type of material, this kit will ensure that your bike is easy to ride during difficult conditions, even if its on the bars. And the tower itself with bolts and bar clams is just over 750 grams!
What about strength?
As all our CNC parts, this is guaranteed against breakage for the life of the product. The design, based on the pioneering Enduro kit, results in a tower that has minimum width, protecting this way the tower from hitting the ground during falls!
Easy to install!
No need to modify anything on your bike, remove the bars, install the tower and the speedo bracket and off you go! The beauty of this kit is that it can be used with or without the screen, so during pure Enduro rides, where the screen may not be necessary, you can easily remove the screen and its brackets in no time. This way you can still enjoy pure legal or off road lights. Whatever your choice this kit is the ultimate companion for your Enduro bike!
Ergonomics
Just like with the lights the navigation setup is something every personal for each rider with two universal ram-style balls. The cockpit can be further improved by adding our back plates, CNC AMPS clamps or tablet mounts in order to have a cockpit that will suit your ride. Racing, doing TET or just enjoying the ride, this kit will allow you to digitize your cockpit and enjoy the ride!

For every Enduro
Our main goal with this tower was to give everyone with an Enduro bike a chance to install a sturdy navigation tower with adequate space to install their navigation setup while also providing an upgrade at aerodynamics.
For many years we have been asked what are the options for other brands or custom projects and so here's our answer!
Adaptivity!
Choose the distance between the handlebar clamps and get the appropriate spacers. Want to install on another bike? Just swap spacers and off you go! With the provision* to install the light in the bar clamps you can remove the tower and its brackets with just two bolts, install the lights in the bar clamps and have a unique setup. Vertical or Horizontal setups will be available for those who have also older bikes or those who prefer the ''Baja'' look!
The Aurora Screen. Made by Puig.
The screen is manufacture by Puig using PC. It can be adjusted in its inclination using either the side screen brackets or by changing the tower position. It can be removed using the two 1/4 turn fasteners. Protect yourself and your instruments during rallies or longer, faster rides using a screen that has been proven to be a valuable addition in our Superlight and Baja kits.
Let there be light!
There are different needs depending to where a bike is ridden. Sometimes our bikes are used to commute, so there is a need for fully legal, approved headlights, but sometimes the bikes are loaded on our trailers and get to races where lighting is paramount. The advanced lighting bracketing system will allow you to swap lighting setups in 5 minutes tops! Choose from up to 7 combinations of lights using street legal LED lights from Hella® (the same lights used in the KTM® Rally factory bike) or combine them with a Baja Designs® Squadron (Sport or Pro), go for two Baja Squadron Pros if you want maximum performance or use one Dual4 LED with a low and a high beam feature. Have the second setup ready in your garage and install it for that quick night trip in the trails. Travel further, safer.
