Tomorrow's technology, today! The kit features a powder 3D-printed Nylon 12 front fairing with a unique air intake in the middle area, improving airflow and enhancing aerodynamic efficiency. This design not only reduces wind resistance but also ensures optimal airflow to further stabilize the bike at high speeds.

When Suzuki Greece approached us with their vision to transform the V-Strom into a rally-dominating machine, the opportunity was too exciting to pass up. We owe them a huge thank you for their unwavering support throughout this project—from top management to the mechanics tirelessly working at the bivouac, they are truly a team deserving of the name.
The V-Strom was first unveiled at the Suzuki Greece booth in March 2024, and made its rally debut at the Hellas Rally with Greek Enduro Champion Panos Kakoliris behind the handlebars. This is just the beginning of an incredible journey, and we’re excited to see where this collaboration takes us!Weight-defying
On the V-Strom, we seamlessly adapted our renowned Superlight tower. The lightest CNC tower ever to leave our factory.
The development of this tower is based on millions of hours of fatigue data collected over the years, ensuring it’s not only light but structurally stable. The center of gravity has been optimized, bringing it even closer to the headstock compared to our previous designs. The result? Riders won’t even notice the added weight of the navigation tower, allowing for a smooth and agile riding experience
Aerodynamics
The screen, designed by Aurora and manufactured by Puig, has been in development for 24 months. This one-piece design is crafted from high-quality polycarbonate, offering exceptional durability. It’s so flexible that you can press it flat on the floor without it breaking.
We firmly believe an off-road screen should be unbreakable and free from sharp edges, ensuring safety while traveling or racing. The flip-up design is both compact and highly effective, directing airflow away from your chest, allowing you to ride comfortably for longer periods without fatigue.

Manufacturing
Aurora Rally Equipment is always pushing the boundaries of design and manufacturing. The tower is manufactured using a 3Axis milling machine pushed to its limits. The thickness of the tower plates is continuously changing on both sides to optimize its strength and stiffness. The 3D printed air scoop is printed using special methods and the part is UV-post cured to improve its mechanical properties. Nothing is left to chance.
The front fairing is made out of high quality Nylon12 powder 3D printed, making this the first rally kit that goes into production with such a part. Tested in Hellas Rally 2024 the kit endured everything without a single issue. Get tomorrow's technology today from Aurora Rally Equipment!
Crashing
It’s inevitable—in the world of off-road riding, crashes are part of the journey. That’s why the screen brackets on the Suzuki 800DE Rally Kit are made from stainless steel, designed to bend upon impact, while the 3-point mounting system allows the screen to rotate and absorb part of the shock. By making the tower smaller and positioning it closer to the bike, we’ve minimized the chances of hitting the ground. Additionally, any top-mounted brackets are crafted from materials like special aluminum alloys, stainless steel, polymers, and rubber dampers, all engineered to absorb energy and protect your gear—whether analogue or digital. The Suzuki front is specifically designed to minimize damage to the bike’s critical systems during crashes, giving you peace of mind when tackling tough terrain.
Powerful Lights!
There are different needs depending on where your bike is ridden. Whether you’re commuting and need fully legal, approved headlights, or loading your bike onto a trailer for a race where lighting performance is paramount, the advanced lighting bracketing system makes it easy to adapt in 5 minutes or less.
Choose from up to 8 different light combinations with street-legal LED lights from Hella® (the same lights used on the KTM® Rally factory bike) or mix them with Baja Designs® Squadron (Sport or Pro) lights. For maximum performance, opt for two Baja Squadron Pros or select a Dual4 LED with both low and high beam features.
Keep a second setup ready in your garage and switch to it for a quick night ride on the trails. Travel further, safer.
Navigation
The GPS back plate and OEM speedo bracket of the Suzuki V-Strom kit are masterfully designed for both functionality and versatility. Its modular configuration allows you to easily relocate the OEM speedo from its top position to the handlebars with the addition of a handlebar bracket. This frees up valuable cockpit space, providing room for two GPS units, mobile phones, a large tablet, or any other gear your adventure demands.
The plate is mounted with antivibration dampeners, which absorb impacts and protect your equipment from harsh terrain. For those looking to upgrade to a full rally setup, we’ve got you covered—simply select the Roadbook backplate along with the bracket that moves the OEM speedo to the center of the handlebars.
This configuration ensures you still have access to essential information, while keeping your focus on navigation for optimal performance.
